About Our Senior Home Care Clients
55% of our senior clients live independently in their own home or with a family member 45% of our elderly clients live in retirement communities, assisted living facilities, adult family homes or skilled nursing Many of our senior citizen clients have some level of dementia Some are developmentally disabled, brain injured or have varied mental illnesses Clients range in age from 22 to 102
About Our In-Home Caregivers We take great pride in the quality of our caregivers who are mature, loving adults, who are clearly drawn to and enjoy providing senior citizen services.  They have a calling---not just a job. A company core value is to pay our caregivers a livable wage, which contributes to quality of care and very low turnover.  We employ college-educated women and men who have a breadth of world experiences, can make sound decisions, and who come to us in search of meaningful work The average age of our staff is 48 years The average length of service is over 2 years You can be assured that your caregiver meets the following requirements: Alzheimer’s/Dementia training through the Alzheimer’s Association Bonded & insured References, employment history, driving record & criminal history verified Mobility & personal care training
