Born in Nairobi, Kenya, Peris has a diverse background that brings a unique perspective to her role as a HR & Recruiting Coordinator. Peris began her journey at With a Little Help as a Caregiver in 2020. Thanks to her exceptional skills, a passion for helping others and warm communication style, she joined the office team as a Care Coordinator in late 2021. In 2023, Peris transitioned to Human Resources as one of our HR & Recruiting Coordinators. Peris experience in both caregiving and scheduling have made her a valuable asset to recruit more amazing Caregivers!
When Peris is not working, she can be found exploring Seattle and the neighboring cities, reading motivational books, or seeking out new adrenaline-fueled adventures.
