VP of Operations
Beck grew up in Texas, where she developed a deep appreciation for family—and the close-knit
community of friends who feel like family. Her upbringing also sparked a lifelong love of sports.
She played basketball and volleyball throughout high school and continued in college through
intramurals. Eventually, she made her way to Seattle, where she fell in love with the mountains,
ocean, and climate – not to mention the city’s vibrant sports scene.
Beck holds a degree in Finance and an MBA. Over the course of her career, she has specialized
in aligning teams, streamlining processes, and uncovering opportunities to improve efficiency.
Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including nonprofit, for-profit, healthcare,
technology, and higher education. Early in her career, she managed a home care division within a
healthcare organization, and she is excited to return to that field with With A Little Help.
Outside of work, Beck enjoys traveling—especially to sunny destinations; as well as cooking,
reading, and entertaining. She is also an active volunteer, supporting Northwest Harvest,
affordable housing initiatives, and several community food banks.
