Caregiver Positions

With a Little Help is always looking for mature, responsible individuals who would like to make positive contributions in the daily lives of seniors.  We have a variety of clients around Seattle, North Seattle and the East Side who need companionship and assistance with routine tasks around their home such as meal preparation, exercise, medication reminders, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, dressing, bathing and toileting. Shifts range in a variety of hours and times.

With a Little Help is always interested in hearing from warm-hearted individuals who wish to be of service to others. We look for Caregivers with excellent communication skills who are honest, patient, reliable, and able to work independently.

Our Caregivers work one-on-one with our clients in their homes. The services we provide vary greatly and are tailored to meet each client’s needs. In meeting these needs our Caregivers work a variety of shifts including 24-hour shifts, overnight shifts, and partial day shifts in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

Applicant must successfully complete all Washington State training requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant License (CNA) or Home Care Aide Certification (HCAC)
  • Reliable form of transportation to and from shifts
  • Ability to Pass a Background Check
  • Verifiable employment record

*In November of 2011, Washington voters approved initiative 1163. This initiative requires that all newly hired Caregivers complete a 75-hour training program within 200 days of hire and become certified as Home Care Aides by passing a written exam and skills test.
