Absolutely, our caregivers provide full assistance to ensure seniors safely enter and exit the vehicle, upholding their dignity and comfort with each transition.
Is there a mileage limit for the transportation service?
No, there is no mileage limit. However, mileage will be charged at the federal reimbursement rate.
What kinds of vehicles are used for transportation? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Caregivers will typically use their own cars. When arranging transportation needs, please mention any special accommodation needed for the trip.
Do your caregivers stay with the senior during their appointment or errand, or do they just drop off and pick up?

I am a brand new client. Can I schedule a one-time transportation shift and nothing else?
