Care Team Supervisor
Kim McDuffee is the Care Team Manager for With a Little Help. Kim comes to With a Little Help with over 9 years of experience in the eldercare industry, working in staffing, scheduling, and client outreach. As Care Team Manager, Kim works daily to solve the complex puzzle that is scheduling, working extensively with clients and caregivers. Kim loves that every day at WALH is different, and she particularly enjoys getting to know caregivers and helping to empower them as they build relationships with their clients.
Kim is a proud Washington native and landed in Seattle by way of Vancouver. In her spare time, Kim enjoys everything Washington has to offer – from spending time in the great outdoors camping, hiking, and gardening, to cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks!
