Field Manager
Sheila was born in San Francisco, California, but has called Seattle home since 1988. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and later received her master’s degree in education from San Francisco State University. Sheila is also a Certified Care Manager.
With more than 20 years of experience in home care, Sheila has worked in both direct care and operations. Her specialty is partnering closely with clients and care providers to enhance quality of care and caregiver satisfaction through strong collaboration and communication. Sheila believes that integrity, understanding, teamwork, and open communication are the foundation of exceptional care and successful relationships.
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys hiking, exercising, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
